I will now concntrate on the most likely candidates in dairy that cause cancer. They are estrogens and what is known as insulin-like growth factor one which is also known as IGF-1.Several researchers have looked at the correlation of serum IGF-1 levels and the incidence of breast and prostate cancer and have found a direct correlation between risks of prostate and pre-menopausal breast cancer with the higher levels of IGF-1.
